At Monroe & Mason, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you wish to return an item. This Return Policy explains the conditions and process for returns. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@monroeandmason.com before returning any item.
1. How Our Fulfillment Process Works
Monroe & Mason operates using a direct-from-supplier fulfillment model. To reduce waste and minimize our environmental impact, we do not maintain large inventories. Items that are not stocked in our own facilities are shipped directly from our supplier, located in China.
As a result, returned items must also be shipped to our supplier's designated return address in China.
2. Return Request Period
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting info@monroeandmason.com.
Please note:

Return requests can only be submitted after you have physically received the item.

Your request must include your order number and a valid reason for the return.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the return address of our supplier.
3. Return Conditions
A valid reason for the return is required.
Returned items must:

Be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.

Include all original tags and labels attached.

Have only been tried on, not worn.
Additional conditions:

Sale or discounted items cannot be returned without a valid reason.

Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.

Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, including underwear, swimwear, and jewelry, unless they remain unopened and unused.
4. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any international shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Returned items must be shipped to our supplier's return address in China.
The customer is solely responsible for arranging the return shipment, paying the associated costs, and ensuring the package can be tracked.
We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking. We cannot process a return without valid proof of shipment.
5. Alternative Resolution
Because international returns can be expensive and time-consuming, we are happy to work with you to find a mutually acceptable alternative solution whenever possible, such as a partial refund, store credit, or discount on a future purchase.

6. Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
If there is a problem with your order—for example, if you received the wrong item, the wrong size, or an item that is damaged or defective—please email us within 14 days of delivery.
Your email must include:

A clear description of the issue.

Clear photographs showing the problem.
Without sufficient photos and a description of the issue, we may be unable to process your claim, and you may not be eligible for a return or refund.
Once we receive the required information, we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Refunds
Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected at our supplier's return facility in China.
Once your return has been approved, your refund will be issued within 14 days to your original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed and entered into processing.
Refund requests or chargebacks may not be initiated before the order has been delivered.
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us first at info@monroeandmason.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We will do our best to resolve the matter promptly.
9. Liability
Monroe & Mason is not responsible for packages that are marked as successfully delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing info@monroeandmason.com.
