We make every reasonable effort to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and information are accurate and up to date.

Please note:

  • Typographical errors, pricing errors, or other inaccuracies may occasionally occur. Monroe & Mason reserves the right to correct such errors at any time, and no rights may be derived from them.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders will only be processed after full payment has been received.

Available payment methods—including Maestro, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other supported payment options—may vary by country.

Customers are responsible for verifying which payment methods are available in their location.

4. Order Processing and Delivery

  • Order processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Estimated shipping time after processing: 1–7 business days, depending on the destination

Orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations.

All delivery timeframes are estimates only. Delays caused by high shipping volumes, holidays, customs inspections, or circumstances beyond our control do not entitle customers to cancel an order or request a refund.

5. Returns and Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. Refund requests or chargebacks may not be initiated before the ordered item has been delivered.

6. Limitation of Liability

Monroe & Mason is not responsible for loss or damage during shipment when the carrier's tracking information indicates that the package has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.

In all cases, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected item.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided during checkout is accurate.

All content displayed on this website—including, but not limited to, text, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, and website design—is the intellectual property of Monroe & Mason and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.

We aim to respond within five (5) business days.

For complaints relating to sizing, quality, or product defects, please include a detailed description along with clear photographs of the issue.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the competent court in the jurisdiction where Monroe & Mason is established, unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
